WARNING, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COMPLETE THE JOB OR RETURN CUSTOMER CALLS!

AAA Roof Care

3509 NE 99th St.

Vancouver, WA

The company pressure washed and treated our shake roof . We paid over $700
to have this service done. We noticed some area of the roof did not receive
the treatment. These areas remain unprotected and looks ugly. I have called
thier phone number 4 times to explain the problem. The first time they
returned my call and said thier workers would stop by to finish the job in
the next week or two. That was several months ago. I have since called 3
more time and AAA does not return my calls. Have reported them to the BBB.
They have very bad customer service and follow through on thier work.

Just remember the BBB is a business organization whose job is to pacify you
and keep you from contacting the State Attorney General. They are there to
protect the business not the consumer. They do not have any teeth and are
NOT a consumer agency.

If you haven't contacted the Attorney General and gone after AAA's license,
the BBB is doing it's job.

Another thing to do is file a complaint with the Contractor's Board. You
can also check the board, online (at least in Oregon) and see how many
complaints have been files against the contractor...hopefully before you
hire them to do the job.

We just had a house built and we could not get anywhere with the contractor
Finally we found out that you can file through L&I (construction compliance)
They carry a lot more weight
